22d Training Support Squadron (22 TRSS)
 | The "heart" of the training operation, the 22d Training Support Squadron provides OTS students with personnel support, military instruction, medical indoctrination, field leadership, and physical fitness training. 23d Training Squadron (23 TRS)
 | The 23d Training Squadron trains 1,300 newly commissioned officers annually through the Commissioned Officer Training (COT) and Reserve COT programs. They provide initial military, officership, and leadership training for active duty, Guard, and Reserve health professionals, judge advocates, and chaplains.

24th Training Squadron (24 TRS)  | The 24th Training Squadron trains and commissions over 600 active duty and Reserve officers annually through the Basic Officer Training (BOT) program. They provide officer trainees with initial military, officership, and leadership training from academic through practical application, culminating with a capstone evaluation in an expeditionary setting. 24 TRS Commander's Spouse - Denise |
